Pregnancy Massage

Reflexology (Women's health and pregnancy/postpartum)
Reflexology is a complementary therapy that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet which are believed to correspond to different organs and systems in the body. By stimulating these points, reflexology aims to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and encourage the body's natural healing processes. It's often used to address stress, pain, and various other health concerns.
This treatment can be used in pregnancy (from 12 weeks) until you give birth. It may help with encouraging labour and a bespoke treatment can be designed for this in mind.
Postnatal Massage
A gorgeous postnatal massage to recuperate the mind and body after the many change's pregnancy brought to your body. This can be either a full body massage or a massage focused on certain areas, you can choose on the day.
Bespoke Massage (Deep Tissue/Swedish style)
A deep massage using knuckles, elbows and deep rhythmic strokes to work out any tension or knots the body is holding onto. A Swedish massage using relaxing but deep strokes to release the body and mind. Or a combination of the two! A completely bespoke treatment tailored to your needs on the day.

Post "due date" Treatment
75 minutes/90 minutes
1.25/1.5 hour pregnancy massage to relax and loosen your muscles, reflexology points, and biomechanics rebozo techniques to help relax the muscles around your pelvis. You can also listen to hypnobirthing music/scripts to give your body that boost of oxytocin.
This treatment can also be done before a planned induction. This treatment works best if you have signs of labour and/or are in early labour.
Sophie Messager details that rebozo for pregnancy and in labour can help mum and baby work together, it’s empowering for the partner to do the techniques, can reduce pain and tension and it’s a great support tool.

When making a booking there is a 24 hour cancellation policy in place. Full payment will be required if there is a missed appointment unless practitioner decides to wave the fee due to individual circumstance (such as birth).
If you are late for your session the full price of the session is due. I will try my best to try and accommodate going “overtime” if I can. If I have a client after I will not be able to go overtime.
Please inform Azeeta if you have any medical or allergy requirements prior to coming in for your appointment.
Vouchers must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed. If I/you postpone the treatment due to illness/a slower post birth recovery the voucher must be used within 3 months.
