Covering physiological birth, birth debriefing (refresher) ,coping strategies including breathing techniques and movement for birth, pain management options, informed decision making, a look at the current situation in hospitals and at home, touch upon assisted delivery and caesarean birth, and the first 24 hours for mum, baby and partner.
