"It's a crash course in birth psychology, teaching you how to reframe, visualise, and create a positive mindset around birth."

Relaxation for Birth - Taster Classes in Hertford (Women only) £10
£120 private 1:1 (Hertford)/ £150 (Muswell Hill)
My most popular course! This is a 3 hour 1:1 private hypnobirthing workshop for you and your birth partner at my Hertford studio or at your home. This is a course I designed for those who don’t want to spend the full price of the course but want to know the fundamentals of hypnobirthing to prepare for the birth of their baby. It is a great way to bond with your baby and birth partner while feeling positively prepared and empowered for birth. You get 1x hypnobirthing MP3’s to use for your practice at home and support from me during your pregnancy.
The workshop is ideally for those couples who have run out of time and would like to learn some hypnobirthing very close to their due date.
The workshop consists of:
The brain and birth
A relaxing breath
How hormones play a part in the birth process
Pebbles on a beach fear release script
Hypnobirthing Refresher Session
For those expecting again! This starts with a phone call beforehand to chat and see what you both are looking for and the key things you want to refresh on. I then focus my session on this but we can go through any other key content too. You get a manual and 7xMP3's included and the session is 3-4 hours long.
The Little Birth Company Antenatal/Hypnobirthing Course- 10 hours
The Little Birth Company course is a complete 10 hour course that runs over two days or four sessions. A workbook and 7 x mp3s will be provided for expectant clients to support your practice at home.
Refreshments – drinks and snacks are provided.
If you have chosen a third birth partner such as a Doula, Mum or sister they are free of charge.
Popular private 1:1 sessions for just you and your birth companion(s) at mutually convenient times. I also include ongoing phone and email support up to the birth, during and beyond as support is so important and just knowing you have someone giving you one to one care is invaluable.
